About the study
The study is being conducted by the University of Melbourne to investigate how lifestyle recommendations delivered through an online learning platform affect MS.
Participants will join a 6-week online program to learn more about how diet, exercise, stress and other lifestyle factors influence MS.
By participating in the project, you will be given the opportunity to connect with other people with MS and play an important role in research to improve how we understand and manage MS.

This study is being conducted by Associate Professor Sandra Neate at The University of Melbourne, Australia, in the School of Population and Global Health.
What’s involved in being a participant?
The online course will run for 6 weeks. During this time, there are no formal assessments or minimum time investment required, which means you are free to navigate the course as you see fit.
Prior to commencing the study, you will be asked fill-out a survey about your health and lifestyle. We will also ask that you fill this out again during the study to update us on any changes that arise from your participation in this project.
